Yoomata Aldgate Property is planning a comprehensive refurbishment of Challenger House, alongside a new extension on the adjoining Plot C at the corner of Mulberry Street and Plumbers Row. This development will introduce the UK’s first Yooma Urban Lodge, providing unique, family-focused hotel accommodation.

We are now in the process of reviewing all feedback received during the consultation, ahead of submitting a full planning submission to Tower Hamlets Council in early 2026.
